What microdosing actually is

A microdose is sub perceptual by definition. You are not meant to feel it come on, and if you do, the dose was too high. The reported effects are subtle and cumulative rather than acute, which is why people follow a schedule over weeks and months rather than judging it on a single day.

How people take them

Almost nobody microdoses daily, because tolerance builds quickly and daily dosing stops being a microdose. The two common schedules are one day on and two days off, or four days on and three days off. Pick one, hold it for a month, and keep a short note of how each day went.
