Capsules and gummies fix your dose at whatever the manufacturer chose. A spray lets you build in 0.1g steps, so you can start at one spray, sit with it for a week, and move to two if you want more. Nothing else in the range gives you that resolution.

What microdosing actually is

A microdose is sub perceptual by definition. You are not meant to feel it come on, and if you do, the dose was too high. The reported effects are subtle and cumulative rather than acute, which is why people follow a schedule over weeks and months rather than judging it on a single day.

Almost nobody microdoses daily, because tolerance builds quickly and daily dosing stops being a microdose.
