How to use it

Stir into coffee, hot chocolate or a smoothie. Cacao and mushroom are a natural pairing on flavour, and the cacao covers the earthiness well. Let hot drinks stand a minute before adding it, since heat degrades psilocybin.

What microdosing actually is

A microdose is sub perceptual by definition. You are not meant to feel it come on, and if you do, the dose was too high. The reported effects are subtle and cumulative rather than acute, which is why people follow a schedule over weeks and months rather than judging it on a single day.
